Excalilbur' on the front cover and a previous owner signature; the "Excalibur" was an American Export-Isbrandtsen Lines, New York vessel, lost due to enemy fire during World War II; original stapled printed paper covers; some edge, tips wear, archival tissue repair to closed tear to cover, unobtrusive; contents in very good condition, interesting American whaling industry history in it's nearly last commercial phase.
