Also, the blank last page with a presentation signed by the author, Samuel A. Smith, made to Caleb Smith and with a sidebar, '...it is going through now whether subscribers sign or not but no more books will be made." Approx. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" size; old fold lines; in very good condition.
