1935 - 1941 Collection of Hand-Colored Photographs of the Mountains of Colorado

Collection of thirty photographs, all approx. 7" x 11" size. Most of the views are titled by hand in ink at the lower margin. A couple have the photographer name of H.J. McCoy, or M.F. Meeker; or are simply dated in the photographic plate. A few images have the small stamp of Peterson Photo Studio Denver, Colo. on the reverse. Identified areas include: Estes Park 1935; Maroon Lake 1940-41; Ashcroft 1940; Loveland Pass and others Loveland, 1941; Lake Isabel 1942. Most of the images with tiny pinholes in the corners, perhaps to aid the coloring process; a little edge & tips wear; in very good condition.
