A typed letter, dated December 17th, 1952 (also with date written in Hebrew chronology) on Prime Minister's Office letterhead having the state emblem of Israel blindstamp, addressed to Abraham Tullin (Tulin) of New York. "Dear Mr. Tullin, It was a pleasure for me to meet Mr. Sam Kramer on this occasion of his recent visit to Israel, and the Prime Minister has asked me to convey his thanks to you for introducing him to us. In addition to the several conversations he had with the Prime minster, he also conversed with several Ministers of State and heads of those government departments in which he was particularly interested. I feel certain that in bringing his findings to the United States he will, due to his experience, ability and constructive spirit, prove to be of great value. He will doubtless be in touch with you and acquaint you with his impressions and views on Israel.
