This issue devoted to the textile industry, with articles concerning cotton, irrigation, state and collective cotton plantations, melange combine in Ivanovo Voznessensk, textile mills in Fergan, knitting mills at Ivanteyevka Station, wool plant North Caucausus, Kalinin mills in Moscow, cloth and worsted mills in Tiflis, silk, flax, industry and more. The editorial board included M. Gorki, A. Holzman, G. Grinko, M. Kalmanovich, Michael Kotsov, F. Konar, G. Piatakov (editor-in-chief), S. Uritsky, A. Khalatov; managing editor, V.
