Bermuda: Not Published, 1899. F Five images of Bermuda; identifications handwritten in white ink on the backer-paper, including: Admiral Sampson - Admiral Sir John Fisher on board U.S.S. New York, Bermuda, Feb 23rd, 1899 (6" x 8" approx., faded); At Happy Valley (c. 80 well-dressed people in group pose, 6" x 8" approx., a little faded, features clearly visible); Mt. St. Agnes (exterior view of venue, 7 1/4" x 9" approx., good detail, image with old rub-crease at center and rub of photo paper at upper margin); a smaller image identified in a later hand on back as The chapel Mt. St. Agnes Hamilton Bermuda (4 3/4" x 6 1/2" approx., top corners chipped, surface crinkling); and Floating Dry-dock Ireland Island Bermuda (this image with the title Tourmaline in Dock in the image - evidently a commercially-produced photo of this scene; this may be the yacht later used in the "Tourmaline Expedition" to the Sus referred to the in the book of that adventure by Henry M. Grey) Approx. 7 1/2" x 9 1/4" size, somewhat faded, details still discernible; the images are glued-in at the corners to gray paper backers except the small chapel photo which is loose, as described.
