Attached by staples are various 'specials': Melanzane alla Parmiggiana; Tacchino con pure de castagne (Roasted young Tom Turkey with Mashed Chestnuts); coda a la Vaccinara; Pommidori Riempi de Riso (Cold tomato stuffed with rice); Fondu a la Borguignone ve la cocete a tavola da Voi con una mucchai de sarse; Cocuzzette Riempie de Ciccia (stuffed zuccini); Granatine de vitella co li piselli (ground steak with fresh peas). Previous owner pencil note, "Summer 1959 Mother & Dad". Artist names of D'Evelmia & D'Amico signed in the plate, Litotipografia Romana Roma printing.
