With a centerfold chart of Heki-Un-So printed in colors and with extensive explanatory legend; at back is a simplified bird's eye view of Kyoto City printed in colors. A presentation copy from the manager of the foreign department at the bank, Shohachi Sakurai, with his business card stapled-in and with the handwritten name of Mr. R. McBride and the date of September 2, 1965. Text in English with history of the Nomura villa and general background information on Japanese Gardens including tea gardens. The book approx. 7" x 10" size, embossed and printed softcover wraps, bound with gold braid. Light wear to the binding, covers sunned in a rectangular area; in very good condition.
