Inscribed and signed at the lower right corner, "To Corliss Lamont March 28 - 1962 A. Kaufmann." Accomplished on good quality heavy drawing paper, approx. 13 3/4" x 20" size. A little age-toning, old tape residue at corners; in very good condition. Arthur Kaufmann (1888 - 1971) German avant-garde painter, educator, teacher, who was a key figure in the Post-Expressionist and New Objectivity art movements.
