Circa 1880 Die -cut Victorian Card with Fringe Surround and Central Oval, Three-Dimensional, Table-Mount Style

F Card in silver paper-cut lace, white; with attached die-cut bouquet, greetings "I wish you happiness" and a colorfully-plumed singing bird; edges with light golden fringe; no maker or artist or manufacturer noted; not dated, circa 1880; approx. 6 1/2" x 9" overall size; the back is a stiff patterned cardstock with an inset 'A-frame' for table-standing; the bottom right corner of lace decoration gone, as is some of the fringe; some darkening, spotting, to inner oval, which is left blank for mounting a photograph or other memorabilia; part of the leg of the table mount gone; in fair to good condition overall and a good example of Victorian elaborate die-cut decorative work.
