F Group of 13 professionally-photographed images of a roadway and vehicles, one taken of a badly-damaged flatbed truck secured to a tow truck; another image an auto, not damaged; also including measured areas, with ruler; of an automobile accident site near Patchogue, Long Island; a roadside sign in one image advertises Bailey's Lumber in Patchogue; several dated with August 21, 1929 and a couple with a date of the 23rd or 27th, same year; all with the A.S. Greene photographer identification on back, via stamp or hand-written; black and white; each image approx. 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" size, cropped to the edge and all are backed with linen for durability; light wear; in very good condition; interesting use of photography as a vital form of evidence-gathering in the legal, insurance and accident claim business.
