Coogan, Chairman - Henry J. Ryan, Secretary; approx. 9" x 16" size; laid-down to cardstock at some point in the past; some edge-chipping, soiling to broadside, old closed edge-tears; the laying-down has preserved it well and so in good condition; a fragile survival of the times, interesting ephemeral political item from the latter part of the 19th century in Massachusetts.
