Herbert C. Morris, Jr., William D. Campbell, Arthur S. Williams, Alfred A. Knopf Jr. all participated, among many others at the school; folding Christmas Service December 15, 1935 "Order of Service" with music, lessons etc.; one-sided flyer or broadside for "The P.E. Academy presents The Wellesley College Choir Edward Barry Greene, Conductor assisted by The Academy Glee Club Arthur Landers, Conductor Sunday, May 2, 1937 with the program of selections; folding flyer for the Dramatic Association and Musical Clubs present "The Man Who Married a Dumb Wife" a Comedy in Two Acts by Anatole France and "Trial By Jury" A Comic Opera in One Act by W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan March 4 and 5 1937 with cast of characters, orchestral members, production staff etc and an "Official Program" for the Fourth Exeter-Andover Indoor Track Meet Thompson Track and Baseball Cage Phillips Exeter Academy Exeter, N.H. Saturday, February 27, 1937, at 2:45 P.M. with list of events, participants from each school, a couple of winners and points written-in by former attendee, advert. on back for The Burns Co. Men's Clothing and Furnishings; Phillips Exeter Academy was founded in 1781 by Dr. John Phillips, a graduate of Harvard and resident of Exeter; some light wear and soiling to materials; very good condition, interesting American educational history ephemera.
