Complete manuscript children's storybook "Tommy the Tuna" with color final renditions of illustrated pages, and the black and white tissue mockups tipped-in opposite typed text pages, all accomplished on approximately 50 pages of 18" x 14" RichArt Studio sketch book, colors bright and beautifully done, nice original work; Ephemera & art, many with a childhood, juvenile and educational theme: very attractive air-brush effect art-deco style color Spain/flamenco motif artwork; original fishing-occupational artwork, some color, original captioned cartoon comic doctor/patient bw art from the Book Review; original pen & ink comic airline quip signed in Wall Street Journal mailer envelope; pages of (some) signed and numbered 'clip-art' including baseball figures, clowns, circus performers, cats, 'verb detective' in the guise of Sherlock Holmes and a ringmaster at a circus taming a 'verb' lion; George Washington & other patriotic & comic figures, examples of published work in The Reporter (original is also present in this group), The New York Times Book Review (original present-in this case a large-format comic with the motif of moviegoers in a long line viewing "From Here to Eternity"), permission to reprint a particular cartoon on Scott, Foresman and Company letterhead (with cartoon example); and a few other pieces of original cartoon and illustrative art, these contained in their original artists' 14 1/2" x 13" binder, sleeved; material dates from the 1950s; some wear and rubbing to the folder and binder covers; materials overall very good condition and a nice archive of creative work by this good commercial artist.
