Seeley tipped-on to unpaginated heavy stock, which were taken of Reynolds child portraiture and includes a twelve-page "A Catalogue of the Engraved Pictures of Children by Sir Joshua Reynolds" which gives (tentative) dates and titles along with names of the engravers of these pictures; previous ownership name on front endpaper of Leavitt; Bound in original purple blind-stamped and gilt decorative cloth, black leather spine label, gilt titles, all edges gilt; spine title chipped at edges, spine cloth faded a bit, some edge, tips wear to binding; leaves coming loose from 'perfect' binding glue, was never sewn; all plates present, text leaves clean; in good condition, candidate for a refurbishing.
