This is a pocket guide to motor nerves of the intrinsic muscles of the upper extremity; the motor nerves of the intrinsic muscles of the lower extremity; muscles divided in cases of amputation; foramina communicating with the interior of the cranium; synopsis of the structure of the heart and the circulation of the blood. "...These tables will be found serviceable as a means of enabling the student to remember the details of information gathered by study of the subject..." (from the Introductory Note, which also gives instructions for use.) The author also admonishes that it is not to be used for the purpose of "cramming." Not dated and circa 1880 per an OCLC search of this title. Three panels making approx. 4" x 7 1/2" folded size, per its useful 'pocket' service. Bound in the original polished brown cloth wrap covers, black titles. Edges of paper crinkled within from old folding error; clean and in very good condition.
