Brooklyn, N.Y. studio stamp and "Not released B.L." in pen below along with request for credit, also in ink; a few pencil numbers; no other identifiers; image with a little edgewear, back with some soiling; in very good condition, good photographic & medical history ephemera, especially with photographer Leavitt's personal initial & markings.
