Image identified & dated, with Underwood credits and information attached, stamp on back as well; Black and white image, 8" x 10" approx. size; some wear, little corner chip at bottom margin; very good condition and an interesting photo for lawn tennis and international sporting history in the early part of the 20th century; L(eslie) A(llison) Godfree (1885-1971) British tennis player of the 1920s, with championship wins in the doubles competitions especially, most famously associated with his 1926 partner win with his wife, Kathleen McKane Godfree - the only husband-wife team to do so in the mixed doubles at Wimbledon; L.A. Godfree was the first to serve on Wimbledon's new courts in 1922. Item #20345
