Maps professionally drawn in black ink on architectural cloth vellum; giving the titles of various parcels and the engineer, Eugene R. Smith, Inc. Civil Engineers Islip, N.Y. The 1926 is approx. 13 ¼" x 20 ¼" size, scale of 1 inch = 40 feet; the map dated 1928 is approx. 19" x 21 1/4" size, same scale. Both maps indicate the area to be conveyed; the canal & lands of Anson W. Hard, the West Street Dock, Town of Islip Basin and other details. Old fold lines, some creasing & rippling; edge of the larger map with old stain-discoloring; overall, in good condition; Islip Long Island Great South Bay commercial fishing, oyster industry historical ephemera.
