Goudy having given the lectures at NYU which were the basis for this book and had suggested the type design; Edith Diehl directed the binding of the 1000 copies printed; bound in beige paper covered boards, brown cloth tips and spine, spine with gilt titles, top edge gilt; light wear to binding; volume in very good condition, a good example of 20th century printing & typography.
