Photograph portrays several two-masted sailing boats at harborside, appear to be working vessels; with a manufactory in background, with what appears to be the name Houle(?) & Thompson Ltd.; dockside buildings in background; no photographer or studio noted, no date but circa 1890 or so; approximately 4" x 6 1/4" overall size; previous owner label on back stating "Athol gives this one"; light edge, tips wear, corner creasing, to photo; a fairly clear and well-composed nautical image; very good condition.
