The final section is on the implementation of the plan, including donations of property, transfers, tax delinquency, excess condemnation, taxing power and development rights, zoning, purchase, regulations & restrictions and the commission's final recommendations. An extensive footnotes section with good bibliographic research material and references is at back; this study was part of Suffolk County's Comprehensive Plan Series, being Vol. II.
