A series of 32 plates (only), collated complete, offering a variety of suggested furnished interiors for private homes, restaurants and other commercial establishments including art galleries, libraries, a billiard room and more. Also depicted are a few options for small decorative parks and porches. Printed in black on thick paper stock, each plate with furnishings highlighted in a bright lithographed color. Signed in the plates by designer G(eorges). Champion (1899-1940); with French & English room titles. Plate # 1 is a Vestibule - Entrance Hall; the last plate, # 32 is a Librairie - Bookseller's Shop. Plates not dated and our research indicates publication in 1926. Approx. 8 3/4" x 12 3/4" overall plate size; paper darkened a bit, colors bright; first plate with a short marginal closed tear, finger soiling; a few plates with marginal soil and spotting; the balance clean and in very good condition.
