Booklet illustrated with photo-images of the stage performance, which began in 1913; not dated and internal evidence suggests 1915, from later on in the stage run. Printed by The Chronicle Press, Orange, NJ. Approx. 4" x 6 1/2" size; textured 'leather' surface paper covers, made to appear as a cloth 'sample' book; slight wear; in very good condition.
