Frontispiece of the new Hall, which was awarded the gold medal for the best building erected during 1926 by the Fifth Avenue Association. A map at the beginning of the text depicts a portion of Manhattan, showing the chronological progress of locations of the company. Also with illustrations of the Duo-Art piano from various manufacturers, including the Weber Louis XVI & Steinway; the Duo-Art pipe organ, grand & upright pianos, pianola player piano, the radio floor with examples of available cabinetry and several rooms displaying musical possibilities. The text proper is followed by an extensive Partial list of Pianists Who Record their Playing Exclusively for the Duo-Art; lists of Schools, universities, school systems; A Partial List of Prominent Patrons of the Aeolian Co., including rulers and members of royalty and patrons from various countries including the Vatican. Designed and printed by Cheltenham, New York. Approx. 8 1/4" x 10 1/8" size, bound in gilt-titled and elaborately decorated cream paper-covered boards, with the original clear soft plastic over-wrap.
