He is in serious trouble and as Secretary of the above Committee, I appeal to you to insert the enclosed in the net issue of your valuable paper...Hugh Monahan Secretary." Signed by Monahan; there is no additional 'enclosed' here. Arthur Patrick L. "Pat" Quinlan (1883 - 1948) born in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, Ireland; trade union organizer, journalist, and socialist political activist. Approx. 8 1/2" x 11" size; light wear; in very good condition.
