Types of payment welcomed: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, money orders in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank or personal check; New York State residents please add appropriate sales tax. Shipping is $5 first book, $1 each thereafter. International orders figured individually, air or surface. Insurance included for orders over $100.
