Hedges, document signed by him and also by Nathan Post; the property, "...containing less than one half acre and bound and described as follows: North by the Main Street or Highway called the Country Road, East, south and west by land of Elisha Howell, Being the premises conveyed to Thomas N. White by George W. Benjamin and wife by deed dated Sept. 2nd, 1886..."; with also a list of bonds, with their type, numbers and appraised amounts and a list of the many beneficiaries; about 35,000 dollars in estate totals; interestingly, "...Annie Rogers, named in Schedule B of the Order appointing the Appraiser herein, is an heir at law and next of kin of the deceased, but received nothing under the Will of the deceased and has no interest in this proceeding."; approx. 8" x 13" size; held with wing-clips with the original pale-pink paper overwrap, with the identification of the document in hand on one panel of the cover; light wear; in very good condition.
