L.R./Grant Mason June 4, 1926 (with an inscription below the humorous drawing) W.B.K.'s bachelor dinner, shall we say?" and the drawing initialed and dated by the artist, showing Grant Mason characteristic 'Bingo' the cartoon dog character looking hung over and worse for wear; with a short introduction by William B. Kip, most probably the "W.B.K." noticed in the drawing; illustrations in black and white throughout, Bingo's mis-adventures as the Yale doggie; original illustrated hardcover boards, glazed paper; approx. 9 1/2" x 11 3/4" size; some edge, tips wear and rubbing to the boards; good condition and especially nice for the artist's inscription and drawing, evidently to a close acquaintance 'in' on the joke.
