(52) pages; approximately 175 photographs, of varying sizes, average about 3" x 4", some larger and some smaller, severl in a small panoramic format; one large commercial hand colored view of Bruges Le Quai du Rosaire; Cathedrale de Bayeux, ND photo & 2 comm. colored views of the Hotel de Ville Bruxelles; photographs identified, usually by the page; Bruges, Cologne, from Cologne to Mayence, Rhine views, Basel, Falls; Axen Fells, Cortina (several-mountain views, family, more), Tre Croci, Avignon (with auto), Lindau, The Thames, 1906- steamship Barbarossa (North German Lloyd ship until commissioned "Mercury" for transport duty in WW I by the U.S) and views of arrival at Plymouth, Cherbourg, Paris, several of Notre Dame, Tuileries, Seine, St. Cloud, Cluny museum, Frankfurt, Nauheim (several, including Dr. Groedel's house & dogs-Groedel a leading German heart specialist of the time); Friedbert, Friedrichrode, Hotel Herzog Ernst; Bremerhaven, North Sea, Southampton seascapes, English Warships at anchor, Prinzess Alice (another North German Lloyd ship, also pressed into WWI troop transport service) deck shots; generally speaking, the photographs are of good amateur quality, taken with some eye for humor and artistic composition; all contained in a green cloth hardcover binding; some edge, tips wear to covers; a couple of photos detached from pages; one image at back with hole; overall, very good condition and a better than average grouping of the "European Grand Tour" variety.
