New York & London: Hagstrom's, Large roll-up map of Long Island's Nassau County; no date but circa 1940s, with Motor Parkway route clearly delineated (Queens section noted as bicycle path, so probably after closure); property ownership for private as well as commercial, public properties, golf clubs, estates, corporate owners, more, an excellent property ownership, real estate development reference to the time; with original wooden end-holders attached, tie-cords; size noted on map as 64" x 103" but is slightly smaller; with index at bottom; laid down on linen; some wrinkling to surface at top, decreasing as map unrolls; couple small pencil notations; in very good condition and very good Long Island map history from the mid-twentieth century.
